TechPay Partners with WorldPay to create the largest Mobile Payments System for grocery stores in the USA.

January 13, 2013

TechPay LLC has Partnered with Stella Nova Technologies, Inc to bulid SwiftPay TM TechPay's first Mobile Payment system invention for grocery and warehouse stores.

Stella Nova Technologies will be using the "Mobile by Stella" framework. In 2001, Stella Nova developed one of the first completely .NET point of sale frameworks. This framework is still in use today in over 2000 locations. "Mobile by Stella" will be incorporated into TechPay LLC SwiftPay TM Mobile Payment system that will integrate using a FREE APP and retailer integration.

Don Headlund brings over 30 years experience in banking and electronic transaction processing. He is experienced in all aspects of the business; however, his strongest skills are in strategic and financial planning, merchant pricing, compensation plans, portfolio analysis and mergers and acquisitions. From 1991 to 2006 Headlund served Cardservice International first as chief financial officer, then as president. Prior to that, he served as president, CEO and director of Malibu Savings Bank from 1988 until 1991. Prior to that, he was with Valley Federal Savings Bank for 20 years serving in a variety ofpositions including, president, CEO and director

Mike Dodak, Executive Member Advisor TechPay LLC

Business EXPERIENCE

Funds 3000 Founder and CEO 2009-2011 Founded this processor of debit and credit cards with an emphasis on payroll card applications. The company’s operations are based in Johannesburg, South Africa and concentrates on issuing payroll cards to employees of companies and customers of payroll services. Assisted in raising of $6.5 million. Left the company to retire.

Global Access Corp -- Founder and CEO 2003-2008 Founded this company that grew it’s ownership of ATMs from a very small base to thousands across the US. Assisted in developing the business plan, raising of $20+ million, acquisitions, writing of code to build processing platform as well as other CEO duties. Left the company to found FundsTech 3000

Nationwide Money 1996-2002 CEO Joined this subsidiary of Cardservice (later sold to FDC) as CFO and later advanced to the CEO position. Built the financial reporting system from the ground up of this ATM owner and built the customer service and operations software platform. Left the company to found Global Access Corp which purchased Nationwide Money.
